Connie Taylor is the founder of I Got The Job!  She earned her Masters in Human Resources from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL.  She started her HR career in recruiting and discovered that many of her applicant's resumes needed revising prior to applying for their positions so she began helping them with their resumes which turned into a business.
